Terms of cooperation

  1. Delivery of products of JSC “Slonim Worsted and Spinning Factory” is carried out on the terms of FSA-Slonim (Incoterms 2020).
  2. Payment terms – 100% prepayment.
  3. VAT pledge of 20% for buyers from EAEU countries.
  4. In the event that the yarn is made to order, an advance payment of 50% before the start of the production process, the remaining 50% before shipment.
  5. The production cycle is 30 calendar days.
  6. Payment for the delivered products is made in a non-cash form, by bank transfer, by depositing cash to the settlement account of JSC “Slonim Worsted and Spinning Factory”
  • Belarusian rubles;Russian rubles;
  • US dollars;
  • Euro.

To conclude a contract with JSC “Slonim Worsted and Spinning Factory”, the buyer must provide the following documents:

  1. The charter;
  2. State registration certificate;
  3. Tax Registration Certificate;
  4. Order on the assumption of the position of the head, a copy of the contract;
  5. Bank details, bank account, SWIFT.
